Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying various parts of the property.

Alongside this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
